Senior Engineer I - Product (Semiconductor)

Annual base salary: $70,304–$205,000

What you will do

• Support new semiconductor product development from design through mass production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during product ramp-up and production launch.
• Lead customer return support and failure analysis with Applications and Quality Engineering teams.
• Resolve technical and non-technical manufacturing issues with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage schedules, validation, characterization, qualification, and material control plans.
• Develop burn-in PCB boards and supporting hardware and software for product qualification.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and communicate across time zones.
• Experience analyzing validation data, ATE datalogs, production yields, and fab electrical test data.
• Experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters.
• Ability to interpret PCB schematics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor packaging technology.
• Automotive support experience focused on die and package qualification.
