Store Leader - NorthPark (Retail)

Location: Onsite at NorthPark Center, Dallas, United States

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure

What you will do

• Lead the store with a customer-focused mindset and deliver welcoming, inclusive, personalized service.
• Coach Team Members in real time during high-volume periods while maintaining elevated service and operational standards.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, replenishment, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Own P&L, payroll, inventory, productivity, and other key business metrics, adjusting strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
• Hire, onboard, retain, and develop talent through structured feedback, coaching, and career development plans.
• Partner with HQ Support on business strategies, feedback, and initiatives that support store and brand performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience and a proven record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, operational, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and close attention to detail.
• Full-time open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to remain physically active and accessible to customers for the full scheduled shift, including lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds regularly.
