General Manager Retail - Rock Shop

Location: Hard Rock Cafe New York, NYC Times Square

Salary: $112,500–$168,800 annually; compensation offered from $120,000 and above, plus bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Rock Shop retail operation at the NYC Times Square Hard Rock Cafe.
• Manage and develop large teams while maintaining a strong focus on human capital.
• Drive financial performance and bottom-line business results.
• Oversee fast-paced, multidimensional operations connected to hospitality, events, and retail.
• Diagnose operational problems, implement solutions, and make complex business decisions.
• Present information effectively to customers, clients, and employees.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of retail industry or comparable retail operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain complex ideas using technical or professional language.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, with occasional handling of objects up to 10 pounds.
