Service Manager - Creekside (Property Maintenance)

Location: Denver, CO, USA; on-site at Creekside Apartment Homes

Salary: USD 85,000–90,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and additional customer service bonuses of up to $250 per month.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a maintenance team of at least two direct reports.
• Manage property maintenance, vendor relationships, service staff, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Manage the maintenance budget while maintaining quality and customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry.
• 1–3 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Denver.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Ability and willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
