Systems/Data Integrity Leader

Location: Lexington, Kentucky, United States. Work onsite Monday through Thursday; choose the work location on Fridays based on business needs.

Annual base salary: $89,585–$124,950. Compensation type: exception hourly.

What you will do

• Support business systems, tools, operational workflows, and related processes.
• Identify, assess, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of system and process issues.
• Engage the appropriate teams, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Track issues through resolution, follow up on action items, and document workflows, support processes, and escalation paths.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend system and process improvements.
• Audit project work, maintain drawing standards, and conduct design reviews for manufacturability.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design or a related discipline.
• At least four years of relevant designer or IT work experience.
• Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, system dependencies, and cross-functional processes.
• Ability to identify root causes, determine resolution paths, and decide when to troubleshoot directly or involve other stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams, operations, leadership, and end users while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and continuous-improvement skills.
