What you will do

• Manage field inventory consignment reconciliation, billing kickouts, pricing discrepancies, incomplete orders, credit holds, and zero-pick holds.
• Identify and resolve EDI order issues, IDOC errors, SAP access challenges, and other process reliability problems.
• Execute Winshuttle activities, including order cancellations, re-ATPs, billing-date adjustments, and orphan ZAPA and TATX report management.
• Support SERF testing to validate system enhancements and maintain operational reliability.
• Initiate IRIS tickets, keep end users informed, and coordinate with IT business partners on long-term resolutions.
• Investigate issues cross-functionally, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and complete required training on schedule.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent business experience in customer service, supply chain, business, or IT.
• Proven expertise in process reliability, analytical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP and relevant systems for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and operational adherence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work proactively across teams and support reliable customer-order solutions.
