Senior Systems Analyst

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Act as a concierge for divisional analytics teams.
• Use knowledge of business needs to define and execute data strategies.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of data assets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholder issues and escalations.
• Support requirements definition, application configuration, rapid prototyping, and system performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of information technology experience, technical certification and/or college coursework with 6 years of experience, or 8 years of information technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration, big data analytics, cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
• Experience or knowledge of integration technologies such as TIBCO, Informatica, and CAS.
• Knowledge of scripting, web, mobile, and service-oriented architecture technologies, including Python, Ruby, Java, HTML5, SOAP, and REST.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative SDLC methodologies, with strong problem-solving, analytical, conceptual, creative, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience onboarding data systems.
• Ability to execute effectively.
