Location: Remote within the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area; occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.
Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Deliver new technology solutions within a defined scope and in alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Gather and document business system and functional requirements.
- Influence system design to improve supportability and meet business objectives.
- Coordinate design implementation, requirements validation, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams and make technical approach decisions for project components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in IT business analysis and developing related artifacts.
- Experience solving problems and providing consultation in complex environments.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
- Must be based in the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
