Senior Business Systems Analyst - D365 Financial Systems Analyst (D365 Finance & Operations)

Salary: $88,000–$131,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, and support of D365 Finance modules.
• Analyze financial processes and translate requirements into scalable functional specifications and solution designs.
• Design integrations, workflows, reports, extensions, and interoperability across enterprise applications with technical teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployments, production support, issue resolution, and post-implementation adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, HR, IT, Microsoft partners, and reporting teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience analyzing business and system requirements and implementing enterprise business applications.
• 8+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Management, and Project Management modules.
• Advanced knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies for Azure DevOps.
• Experience in professional services or the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• Experience supporting Power BI reporting and financial dashboards.
