Senior Global Marketing Programs Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $142,000–$194,000 USD base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate product launches and global messaging pillars into integrated marketing program playbooks for regional Field Marketing teams.
• Design, launch, and manage scalable demand programs including meeting-maker initiatives, direct mailers, virtual research summits, and persona-aligned webinars.
• Build executive campaigns for CISO and CIO audiences in partnership with CXO and Campaign teams.
• Create and maintain turnkey Event-in-a-Box frameworks that enable consistent regional execution.
• Support customer expansion campaigns focused on product adoption and upsell motions.
• Standardize reporting, assess campaign performance, and provide insights and enablement assets to improve pipeline conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, executive roundtables, and content syndication.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience aligning global Field Marketing, Product Marketing, CXO, Digital, Sales, and BDR teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to connect campaign themes with product launches, executive narratives, and sales pipeline goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company.
• Experience using campaign performance dashboards to measure pipeline influence and ROI.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
