Senior Program Manager I (Solar Energy): Managing the full lifecycle of complex solar and space-systems programs, including scope, schedules, budgets, customer requirements, and cross-functional execution with an accent on EPC contracts, financial performance, and compliance. Focus on forecasting revenue and profit & loss, resolving cross-functional risks and bottlenecks, and delivering multiple programs on time and within budget.
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States; based at 's Albuquerque site. The role includes domestic and international travel, with possible work in production areas.

What you will do
- Manage the definition, planning, execution, and closeout of assigned programs.
- Control program scope, schedules, budgets, revenue forecasts, margins, and profit and loss.
- Serve as the principal customer contact and communicate program performance to customers, staff, and executives.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance, finance, and other functions to meet contract requirements.
- Manage risks, issues, scope changes, conflicts, resources, and delivery commitments across multiple teams.
- Define program tasks and schedules, establish budgets, and resolve complex cross-functional problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related project, program, or managerial experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects in a technology environment.
- Program management experience, preferably in solar or wind industries and EPC contract management.
- Experience delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and work breakdown structures, plus the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- For U.S. office employment, eligibility under U.S. Government ITAR export regulations is required, such as U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylum status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with energy project management, financial analysis, project financing, and solar project economics, including capital cost, variable cost, and IRR calculations.
- Experience with space-based solar projects and technologies.
- Experience with DoD and NASA programs.
- Experience with firm-fixed-price, cost-plus, and other contract types.
- Strong presentation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
