Program Manager (Intelligence Community)

Location: Englewood, Colorado, or Herndon, Virginia

Salary: $152,432–$228,648 USD annualized

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer representative and oversee all aspects of an Intelligence Community program.
• Plan program strategy, manage contracts and personnel, assess risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Brief senior leadership on priorities, accomplishments, status, resources, and budget actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, staffing, delivery issue discussions, and collaboration between government program officials and technical teams.
• Improve program operations using Agile principles and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Manage personnel development and ensure financial and contractual processes are followed.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex, multifaceted programs and programs involving subcontractors.
• Skills in DevOps technologies, tools, and capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and adapting Agile principles to program needs.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
• Understanding of government contracts, budget cycles, resource staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

• Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities.
• Knowledge and experience with SIGINT programs.
