Product Manager (Public Safety)

Location: Remote, U.S.-based; United States applicants only

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of the HIRE product.
• Manage the prioritized backlog, lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and maintain predictable delivery velocity.
• Build release plans, track timelines and dependencies, and identify mitigation options for delivery risks.
• Lead customer implementations, pilots, training, and feedback loops with call-takers and operational users.
• Define product KPIs, instrument analytics, and use measurable outcomes to guide the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, marketing, and support on releases and enablement.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership roles.
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum teams, backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies, release planning, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading customer implementations, pilots, or phased production rollouts.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or HIPAA.
• Must pass FBI fingerprinting and background checks in multiple states.
