Finishing Operator (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: US - Greenwood, South Carolina; onsite C-shift, 12-hour nights, 7am–7pm

What you will do

• Operate capsule imprinting machines to produce finished pharmaceutical products.
• Rotate between printing and finishing areas to support production schedules.
• Perform finishing and weigh counter activities while meeting quality requirements.
• Follow safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork standards.
• Complete cleaning tasks in print booths and production areas.
• Support continuous improvement through additional assigned production tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet established color vision testing requirements.
• Experience working effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make independent decisions.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
