White Chemraz Finisher - 3rd Shift

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite, 3rd shift from 10:45 pm to 07:00 am. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Set up, finish, trim, inspect, and rework White Chemraz parts.
• Operate large laser cutting and automated inscription equipment.
• Load and unload ovens and transport work-in-process and finished goods.
• Inspect parts using gauges, micrometers, and non-contact measurement tools.
• Follow SPC, ISO 9000 quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Record labor, material usage, daily activities, and production data electronically.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, and company documents.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain annual QC certification.
• Ability to perform repetitive pushing, grasping, sitting, and standing; occasionally pull, twist, and reach.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without mechanical assistance.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR requirements.
