Production Associate, Pouch (10:45pm - 6:45am) (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; onsite overnight shift from 10:45pm to 6:45am

What you will do

• Inspect, over-pouch, and seal bags containing IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies, and other sterile solutions.
• Perform scheduled quality checks using gauges and scales.
• Complete and document cleaning activities while maintaining a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Identify and correct over-pouch seal or packaging issues.
• Notify supervisors and take appropriate action on safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues.
• Apply Standard Operating Procedures, rigorous quality standards, and current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain Inspector Certification.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills sufficient for communication with team members and comprehension of safety and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and precise repetitive processes involving lifting, grasping, reaching, standing, walking, and operating controls.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• One year of manufacturing experience.
