Finisher - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States. First-shift schedule; working hours are communicated by the manager.

What you will do

• Perform wet and dry finishing techniques, including grinding and polishing, to achieve cosmetic finishes.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment, tools, measuring equipment, computer systems, and scanning tools.
• Conduct patch and repair operations, troubleshoot minor production issues, and follow bills of materials and shop documentation.
• Assemble, package, label, and replenish finished products according to procedures.
• Apply surface-specific quality standards, follow scrap-out and operating procedures, and support production metrics and scheduling.
• Assist with training, new product implementation, cross-department collaboration, and other manufacturing functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of finishing and/or manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience in the composite industry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around a manufacturing floor, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required PPE and successfully complete pulmonary function and respirator fit tests; a clean-shaven face is required for proper respirator fit.
• Must work onsite at the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin manufacturing facility and successfully complete employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.
