Formulation Technician (7:00am - 7:00pm)

What you will do

• Formulate tanks by weighing, labeling, staging, pumping, and manually blending raw materials according to standardized formulas and procedures.
• Inspect, clean, and re-palletize warehouse materials, then transport them to mixing tanks using a powered industrial truck.
• Operate and maintain mixing and tank rooms, including preventative maintenance, scheduled cleaning, and adherence to cGMP and 6S principles.
• Use the Production Operating Management System to manage and document batch information throughout the mixing process.
• Collect samples, perform quality checks, and escalate safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues.
• Identify process inefficiencies and quality concerns and implement continuous improvements in the mixing area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills for communicating with team members and understanding safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and use basic computer systems.
• Ability to obtain PIT Operator Certification and pass the PIT physical.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously and up to 75 pounds occasionally, use ladders and safety harnesses, and perform frequent bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, and twisting.
