Synthetic Finishing Associate (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up, trim, finish, rework, and inspect synthetic parts using appropriate production equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription equipment.
• Load and unload ovens and perform in-process and final inspections using measuring devices.
• Follow SPC procedures, ISO 9000 quality requirements, and company work instructions.
• Record production activities, labor and material usage, and other required data in SAP and the GT data collection system.
• Pull flash, cut vents, count, rinse, bag, and transport work-in-process and finished parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, prints, work instructions, and company documents.
• Ability to maintain annual quality-control certification and follow environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.
• Ability to perform repetitive pushing, grasping, reaching, pulling, and twisting while alternating between sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without mechanical assistance and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements, including a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible refugee or asylee.
