Senior Project Manager (Medical Imaging)

Annual base salary: $96,000–$138,000

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to high complexity medical imaging studies and programs.
• Establish project governance, maintain delivery plans, and communicate status, risks, decisions, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead change control, quality reviews, issue resolution, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee imaging study monitoring, including site qualification, image processing, result reporting, query management, and data reconciliation.
• Manage study budgets, forecasts, revenue recognition accuracy, financial risks, and alignment with contracted scope.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers where applicable.

Requirements

• Strong experience in medical imaging and/or clinical development within the life sciences industry.
• Experience leading medium to high complexity, client-facing studies or programs.
• Bachelor's degree in biological science, health science, technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced project planning, risk assessment, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and project-related systems.
• Fluent English required.
