Branch Experience Manager (Credit Union)

Location: Helena, AL, United States; weekend work and relief coverage at other branches may be required.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, train, and develop branch staff while evaluating performance and accountability.
• Implement Avadian’s Sales Flow Model and ensure staff understands products, services, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate action plans, goals, corporate initiatives, secret-shop results, and training opportunities.
• Assess training comprehension, sales-process confidence, CRM usage, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement branch sales goals with management while monitoring financial performance.
• Represent Avadian in the local community and provide coverage at other branches when needed.

Requirements

• Significant financial services and sales experience.
• Experience working under sales goals or quota systems and meeting branch sales objectives.
• Proactive approach to maintaining member satisfaction and meeting member needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decisiveness, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Minimum three years of similar or related experience preferred.
• A business administration or related college degree is preferred, or a high school diploma with extensive managerial experience at a financial institution.
