Branch Banking Assistant Leader (Retail Banking)

Salary: $20.87–$35.74 per hour

What you will do

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve targets for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Identify client needs and make effective introductions to the appropriate banking team members.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and support branch team members and sales initiatives.
• Assist with talent management, including hiring, performance evaluations, training, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Deliver client education and engagement while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
• Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks while maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 2 years of branch sales experience.
• Experience with a variety of banking products and banking risk management.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, drive, and occasionally lift items as required by the role.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 or more years of branch banking or financial institution sales experience.
• Experience in a leadership role.
