Structural Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Onsite in Lakewood, Colorado, USA. The role may require work at project locations; no travel is expected.

Salary: $25 per hour USD, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Assist with structural design calculations.
• Prepare construction drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Perform site visits to construction projects.
• Support significant engineering projects while developing practical structural engineering skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Study-focus GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in REVIT software.
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability to changing priorities and onsite project work.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry.
• Passion for the AEC industry and interest in contributing to meaningful projects.
