Senior Product Manager I, Growth

Location: Remote, US-based; applications are not accepted from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wyoming.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and vision for technology-enabled claims services.
• Define, launch, and scale service-based products built on the core claims platform.
• Design end-to-end workflows combining software, configuration, data, automation, and operations.
• Partner with engineering to extend and configure the claims platform and improve efficiency through automation and tooling.
• Use data to improve throughput, quality, scalability, cost effectiveness, and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, operations, data, and platform teams while owning roadmaps and prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS or B2B products.
• Strong experience with growth, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Experience improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and working with configurable platforms or systems.
• Ability to lead product strategy through ambiguity and changing market or business conditions.
• Strong technical, strategic, and data-informed problem-solving skills, including funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, hypotheses, and roadmaps.
• Extensive experience with agile development and cross-functional product delivery.
