Senior SAP Application Consultant (Manufacturing)

Location: Applicants may be located in any U.S. city and must be willing to travel up to 100% based on client and project needs.

Annual base compensation: $126,696–$191,271

What you will do

• Lead SAP PP implementation activities for manufacturing clients across all phases of the SAP Activate methodology.
• Analyze current business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Plan and lead client workshops, gather requirements, present solution options, and act as a trusted SAP and business process advisor.
• Ensure SAP configuration, development, testing, documentation, and client handover meet project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, project managers, offshore counterparts, and junior consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support presales and discovery activities, mentor junior and associate consultants, and contribute to risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP PP project implementation experience with PM and/or QM.
• 2+ years of leadership experience on SAP PP implementation projects or production support.
• 2+ years of integration experience with other process areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, business process modeling, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
