Recruiter (Contract to Hire) (Healthcare)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA; must be located in and familiar with the Pittsburgh or St. Louis area/market

Contract position with a minimum engagement of 6 months; contract-to-hire arrangement.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for the Pittsburgh hub in partnership with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles across entry and mid-career levels.
• Source and engage active, passive, inbound, and referred candidates through standard and innovative methods.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruiting processes, infrastructure, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be located in and familiar with the Pittsburgh or St. Louis area/market.
• 4+ years of experience in non-technical sourcing within healthcare or a hyper-scaling startup environment.
• Proven results in high-volume sourcing of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, urgency, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment and build partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
