Contract Clinical Recruiter

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for licensed clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through healthcare job boards, state licensing databases, professional networks, and AI sourcing tools.
• Partner with clinical leaders on role requirements, scope-of-practice regulations, and market-specific hiring needs.
• Track time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and channel yield in Greenhouse and Gem to improve pipeline performance.
• Provide a transparent, empathetic, and human-centered candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience focused on licensed mental health professionals.
• 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment.
• Experience using niche healthcare sourcing channels and state licensing databases.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems; Greenhouse and Gem are preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health credentials including LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, and PMHNP.
