Assessor Manager (Retail & Hospitality)

Location: USA (Home Based); the role delivers programmes across the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Lead Retail & Hospitality assurance programme delivery across the USA and Canada.
• Manage and develop US and Canada Lead Auditors.
• Coordinate audit schedules, resource allocation, capacity planning, and customer commitments.
• Drive auditor utilisation, recruitment, and competence management.
• Handle operational and delivery escalations and support mobilisation of new clients.
• Monitor regional operational performance while supporting service quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing auditors, assessors, inspectors, or operational field teams.
• Strong knowledge of audit delivery, planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Leadership, organisational, stakeholder management, and customer delivery skills.
• Experience in food safety, hospitality, retail, restaurants, supply chain, or assurance environments.
• Qualified Food Safety Auditor with experience supporting multi-site restaurant, retail, or hospitality clients.
• Ability to manage remote teams across multiple locations and lead operational performance across the USA and Canada.

• Knowledge of contractor auditor management and regional delivery models.
