Delivery Manager (AI Safety)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping through final implementation and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with customers, data scientists, and technical teams to design AI safety solutions.
• Manage frontier model evaluations, AI red teaming, and safeguard testing with partners including OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Build trusted relationships with government, public-sector, and technology customers.
• Develop proposals and grow AI safety and governance work across multiple sectors.
• Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation while mentoring peers and improving delivery practices.

Requirements

• Passion for applied AI safety, potentially gained through work in AI labs, academia, evaluation, or red teaming.
• Professional services experience, ideally in consulting, technology, or data.
• Experience delivering technical projects, ideally involving AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholder management.
• Practical problem-solving skills and ownership of successful project delivery.
