What you will do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components.
- Perform manual machining with Bridgeport mills and tool room lathes.
- Use fixtures, cutting tools, and tool paths to support accurate and efficient machining.
- Interpret CAD models, drawings, and design specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvements and quality-focused practices.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive machine shop environment.
Requirements
- Experienced, senior-level machining professional.
- Strong CNC programming and machine setup experience.
- Manual machining experience with Bridgeport mills and tool room lathes.
- Ability to interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, Delaware.
