Technical Program Manager (Gaming)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; flexible work model combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

Salary: USD 140,000–176,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build and deploy shared game services and platform capabilities for self-published games.
• Drive software delivery across product development, from goals and epics to acceptance criteria, releases, and completion.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, execution cadence, dependency management, risk management, and escalation.
• Maintain the program source of truth in Jira, Confluence, and related planning artifacts.
• Coordinate engineering, product, design/UX, security and privacy, analytics, internal experts, third-party providers, and external game studios.
• Improve LiveOps tooling, game analytics, community and commerce enablement, and emerging technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience delivering software services.
• Experience planning products and projects with engineering teams and delivering complex software engineering projects end to end.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and program planning tools.
• Ability to assess technical scope and impacts, resolve ambiguity, and drive execution across a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Shipped games or supported live game services and technology in production.
• Active Scrum Master certification such as PSM or CSM.
• Hands-on software development experience.
