Talent Acquisition Partner North America (Healthcare)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for North American positions, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection.
• Develop hiring strategies using talent intelligence, market insights, and recruitment data.
• Lead talent acquisition delivery for assigned roles and improve quality of hire, time to hire, SLAs, KPIs, and ROI.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, hiring managers, procurement, communications, and global stakeholders.
• Support the hub’s Employee Value Proposition and employer branding activities.
• Maintain recruitment data compliance across Workday, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media tools.

Requirements

• Proven success in recruiting talent and leading or managing global recruitment teams.
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and standardizing processes across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, candidate management, stakeholder management, and recruitment technology skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR information systems, including Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English required.
