Recruiting Advisor

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, first shift. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end staffing process, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers across a business and sub-region.
• Drive hiring targets related to time to fill, cost per hire, graduate hiring, diversity, and candidate satisfaction.
• Create and publish compliant job postings across job boards and the company career website.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel arrangements when applicable, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
• Advise managers on recruitment processes and compliance with corporate and government policies.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field; an advanced degree may be combined with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, recruitment planning, and recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge of Workday, data analysis, KPIs, employer branding, process improvement, project management, and technical recruitment.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer-centricity.

Nice to have

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
