Sr. Manager, TA Operations (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia, or Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Warsaw, IN. Travel up to 20% may be required. Spanish is required for the Bogotá location; English proficiency is required for the US locations.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes, systems, tools, and recruiting workflows.
• Manage daily TA operations, policies, compliance standards, and operational execution.
• Analyze workforce needs, recruiting metrics, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Oversee ATS, HRIS, analytics tools, data integrity, functionality, and user adoption.
• Lead process improvement, digital transformation, change management, and strategic TA initiatives with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor TA operations professionals in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Hybrid work is based in Bogotá, Colombia, or one of the specified US locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing TA operations, processes, and systems in a complex global organization.
• Strong recruitment data analysis, process improvement, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and analytics tools; Spanish required in Bogotá and English proficiency required in the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience supporting Latin America or global markets and working in healthcare, MedTech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience implementing TA technologies, workforce planning, talent analytics, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• HR or project management certifications such as SHRM or PMP.
