Senior Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Florence, Kentucky, United States of America; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $58,030–$85,107 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, automation, control, and critical plant equipment issues.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, startups, and commissioning activities.
• Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve plant reliability, safety, uptime, and OEE.
• Mentor and train maintenance technicians while leading reliability improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Advanced PLC programming, industrial network diagnostics, HMI and SCADA systems, servo systems, and industrial robotics maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls, industrial power distribution, electrical diagnostics, electrical design concepts, and arc flash safety.
• Experience with RCM, RCA, asset criticality analysis, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and condition monitoring.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CMRT or CRL certification.
• Vibration Analysis Level I or II, Infrared Thermography Level I, or Ultrasound Inspection Certification.
• Rockwell Automation, Siemens S7, or FANUC Robot certification.
