Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead daily maintenance activities and provide hands-on direction to Mechanics, Welders, Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, and Storekeepers.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize, execute, and close maintenance work orders through CMMS and related plant systems.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, reliability-centered, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance for boilers, turbines, rotating machinery, electrical systems, instrumentation, and associated plant equipment.
• Lead major maintenance outages, contractor coordination, spare-parts inventory, procurement activities, budgeting, and long-term maintenance planning.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions using Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and other reliability methods.
• Drive safety, Lean, 5S, reliability, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives while communicating risks and performance to site stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience in power generation, manufacturing, chemical processing, or a comparable heavy-industrial environment.
• Supervisory or managerial experience leading industrial maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, rotating machinery, electrical systems, instrumentation, maintenance planning, mechanical integrity, and reliability.
• Experience with maintenance outages, contractors, spare-parts inventory, budgeting, purchasing, procedures, work packages, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data-driven maintenance reporting; ability to support rotating shifts, weekends, extended hours, outages, and on-call coverage as needed.
