Operational Excellence Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise a multidisciplinary technical staff across production areas in the ATMC fab.
• Ensure manufacturing safety, employee training, and compliance with safety expectations.
• Own quality and delivery execution, including product inspections and equipment preventive maintenance.
• Manage shift coverage, equipment PM performance, and sustainer disposition metrics.
• Drive continuous-improvement projects and achieve SDQCP performance goals.
• Develop, evaluate, coach, and mentor direct reports while providing reports to the Operations Excellence Section Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a wafer-fab manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills for working with management, direct reports, and support teams.
• Understanding of business, management, and human resource principles preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervision experience is beneficial; engineering or equipment-maintenance experience is beneficial.
