What you will do

• Define and drive the delivery excellence strategy across Business Digital.
• Own portfolio planning and governance processes, providing visibility into performance, risks and outcomes.
• Establish delivery performance and quality frameworks using data and insight.
• Identify systemic delivery challenges and lead strategic interventions to improve execution and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Product, PMO, Engineering, Delivery and senior stakeholders to embed modern delivery practices.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for planning, governance, performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading portfolio, planning, delivery performance, PMO, transformation or operational excellence functions.
• Strong people leadership experience, including developing senior individual contributors or managers.
• Experience overseeing delivery performance across portfolios or multiple workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Significant experience in complex digital, technology or transformation environments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is desirable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tooling.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement qualifications.
