Technology Enabled Lives - Strategic Development Lead (Technology Enabled Care)

Location: Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield, United Kingdom. The role is based in the UK and applicants must be British citizens or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years to meet potential security clearance requirements.

What you will do

• Support mobilisation and implementation of Sheffield’s Home First Technology Enabled Care partnership.
• Coordinate workstreams covering service redesign, workforce engagement, digital development, pathway adoption, benefits, and partnership governance.
• Lead programme plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and outcome tracking.
• Embed a technology-enabled care approach across assessment, reablement, support planning, hospital discharge, reviews, and prevention.
• Engage social care practitioners, managers, providers, health, housing, voluntary-sector, and community partners.
• Monitor adoption, referral flows, resident outcomes, practitioner confidence, and barriers to implementation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex Technology Enabled Care transformation or service improvement programmes in adult social care, health, local government, or related settings.
• Understanding of digital tools, remote monitoring, and technology-led prevention.
• Strong programme and project management skills across multiple workstreams, partners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Experience embedding organisational change and new ways of working with frontline and operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet UK residency requirements for potential security clearance: British citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency.
