Estates Surveyor (Telecoms)

What you will do

• Manage a defined portfolio of telecoms cell-site leases, site-share licences, and commercial agreements.
• Oversee rent, rates, tax, energy payments, budgeting, forecasting, and property-related queries.
• Resolve site-access restrictions, landlord concerns, agreement breaches, outages, rent reviews, terminations, upgrades, and decommissioning works.
• Coordinate third-party works involving utilities, highways, neighbouring developments, and telecoms sites.
• Maintain asset records, drawings, surveys, warranties, maintenance information, and legal property data.
• Manage planning-condition compliance, utilities, energy, power resilience, processes, and estate governance.

Requirements

• Experience managing telecoms cell-site leases and commercial contracts, from access issues through to high-level negotiations.
• Good working knowledge of property law and contract law.
• Strong stakeholder-management experience with landlords, customers, colleagues, and third parties.
• Professional, methodical communication and commercial judgement.
• Ability to work across detailed operational issues and senior commercial discussions.
• National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level is required.

• Strong aptitude for online systems; AI use is encouraged.
