Senior Cost Manager

Location: Bristol, United Kingdom — hybrid working from the Bristol office

What you will do

• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of building and infrastructure projects.
• Support the selection, appointment, and management of construction and engineering contractors.
• Develop cost plans, indicative cost budgets, and project appraisals.
• Advise clients on procurement strategy and prepare tender documents.
• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Manage client-facing delivery and contribute to developing client accounts.

Requirements

• Proven technical delivery experience and experience managing projects in relevant sectors.
• Previous experience as a Cost Manager in a consultancy environment.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS qualification or active progress toward MRICS.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, collaboration, and commercial skills.
• Ability to work from or regularly attend the Bristol office under the hybrid arrangement.
