Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in the office after training. During the initial training period, attendance is required five days per week.

What you will do

  • Monitor and manage client leaver and account closure workflows.
  • Review and authorise outgoing client payments in line with procedures and authority levels.
  • Coordinate with Investment Managers, Front Office, and Operations teams to complete client departures on time.
  • Investigate and resolve issues delaying the release of client assets or cash, escalating risks, exceptions, and aged items.
  • Update client records accurately and maintain regulatory and internal controls.
  • Support workflow monitoring, management information, process improvement, automation, standardisation, and cross-training across Custody & Nominees.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Services Operations role.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving and investigative abilities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work accurately in a controlled environment.
  • Comfort using digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools while maintaining accuracy, regulatory compliance, data protection, and information security.
  • Ability to attend the London office five days per week during training and at least three days per week thereafter.
