Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager (ESG)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with a minimum of 60% office attendance over a 12-week period. A 28-day work-from-abroad policy is available.

Salary: £90,000–£100,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Own delivery of the SBTi-validated emissions reduction strategy, focusing on supplier engagement and scope 3 emissions.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of Watershed, the GHG data collection and reporting platform, ahead of the financial year reporting cycle.
• Represent corporate sustainability internally and externally, presenting progress and priorities to business audiences.
• Build relationships with teams responsible for supplier relationships and data.
• Develop frameworks for sustainability-linked disclosure requirements and support their implementation.
• Lead initiatives to improve ESG ratings and develop measurement approaches for emerging areas such as AI emissions.

Requirements

• Experience driving a corporate sustainability agenda, ideally in a progressive or technology-led organisation.
• Background implementing science-based target reduction plans or similar programmes.
• Hands-on experience with a GHG data platform such as Watershed is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building, influencing, and engagement skills across data owners and senior leadership.
• Confidence presenting sustainability progress and priorities to internal and external audiences.
• Experience leading change or transformation initiatives while balancing long-term goals with short-term delivery.
