What you will do
- Act as the key technical point of contact for strategic enterprise customers.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business objectives and technical requirements.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept evaluations for prospects and existing customers.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Service Delivery, and distributed regional teams.
- Contribute to internal technical knowledge and use AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in senior technical support, solutions consulting, or implementation specialist roles.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML, and native or web-based SDKs.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, conduct product demonstrations, and present to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of identity verification, compliance, fraud, risk, or integrations.
- Post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Written and verbal English proficiency is required.

- Experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools.
