AI Solutions Architect (FDE)

What you will do

• Ship production GenAI applications, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered products, from architecture through deployment, evaluation, and handover.
• Own engagement technology end to end, including data pipelines, orchestration, model integration, APIs, evaluation harnesses, observability, and lightweight user interfaces.
• Lead technical pre-sales through proofs of concept, architecture workshops, live demos, estimation, and proposal contributions.
• Design and document auditable, resilient systems that address GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.
• Turn deployment patterns into accelerators, reference architectures, and internal tooling.
• Run enablement workshops, mentor delivery engineers, and represent Quento at meetups and conferences.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Multiple proven production GenAI deployments involving LLM applications, RAG, agents, or comparable systems.
• Experience with evaluation design, prompt and agent regression testing, observability, and cost and latency optimization.
• Ability to build applications end to end using Python, orchestration frameworks, APIs, frontend technologies, testing, version control, and CI/CD.
• Production cloud experience, ideally with Azure; Azure Databricks or Azure AI Foundry experience is advantageous.
• Fluent Greek and English required; 5+ years in software or ML engineering, including 2+ years focused on applied GenAI.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the EU AI Act.
• Experience with Azure Databricks or Azure AI Foundry.
• Background in regulated environments and client-facing technical work.
