Founding Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: US - Remote. Hiring is focused in North and South America.

What you will do

• Own technical customer engagements from discovery, demos, architecture, and evaluation through security review and rollout.
• Translate identity, policy, delegation, and audit concepts into outcomes for engineers, security leaders, and executives.
• Map the platform into identity, cloud, policy, SIEM, API, and agent ecosystems.
• Design and lead workshops, pilots, proofs of value, and executive technical presentations.
• Prototype integrations and help customers move from evaluation to production.
• Partner with product and engineering on integrations, product gaps, enterprise readiness, and reusable technical assets.

Requirements

• Customer-facing technical depth and the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud systems, and modern developer workflows.
• Fluency in identity or security architecture, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise security reviews, proofs of value, and complex integrations.
• Ability to debug, prototype, teach, simplify, and communicate effectively from whiteboard to code to executive conversation.
• Strong ownership, calm judgment, intellectual honesty, and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with IAM, authorization, token exchange, policy engines, workload identity, MCP, agent tooling, or security architecture.
