Cashiering Support Associate (Fintech)

Location: Clearwater, FL, United States; in-person attendance 5 days per week during the 6-month onboarding period and at least 3 days per week afterward.

Base pay range: $1–$1 USD, depending on compensation zone and job-related factors. The role is also eligible for bonus opportunities and benefits.

What you will do

• Process high-volume check deposits in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage transaction queues, meet service-level deadlines, and investigate discrepancies from intake through resolution.
• Support advisors, their staff, and clients by providing clear updates through phone, email, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with the clearing firm and Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Advisor Services teams.
• Identify improvements to cashiering efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cashiering procedures, workflows, regulatory considerations, financial markets, and the securities industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably banking.
• Experience handling transactional workflows with proprietary banking software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including client and advisor communication by phone.
