(USA) Manager, Procurement (Professional Services)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Home Office

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals and category requirements.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across security, workers’ claims, contingent and temporary labor, consulting, contact center, BPO, legal, data analytics, pricing, and translation services.
• Analyze financial, spend, and business data to identify savings opportunities and improve category performance.
• Lead supplier selection, RFx events, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance improvement.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while influencing sourcing decisions.
• Identify supply-chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing across professional services, including RFx analysis, award scenarios, and negotiation insights.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI analytics skills.
• Experience developing category strategies, procurement pipelines, and bid processes.
• Experience configuring and releasing RFx events in Ariba or Coupa CSO, leading supplier contract negotiations, and managing PR-to-PO requests.

Nice to have

• Experience in data modeling, data analytics, and data management.
• Qualified experience with Microsoft Excel.
