Procurement Senior Manager (SAP)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. Some travel may be required.

Salary: $128,542–$192,812 annually.

What you will do

• Architect and standardize the procurement process for the Virginia manufacturing site.
• Drive compliance with global standards, policies, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation practices.
• Develop procurement KPIs and performance metrics to support business objectives and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global colleagues to align procurement capabilities with business goals.
• Integrate cost-saving projects into regional and global forums and support financial planning and analysis.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for procurement systems and support greenfield and factory expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain within manufacturing, preferably consumer products.
• Expertise in procurement process design, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for developing procurement KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and global colleagues.
• Strong communication skills for leading workshops, training, and subject-matter-expert activities.

• Experience with Power BI and Coupa.
• Experience with ISO certification and responsible business practices.
• Experience leading productivity tracking and cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience hosting workshops and onboarding sessions.
