Generalist (Healthtech)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany (five days a week). Local work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: EUR 70,000–EUR 100,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Work directly with the founder on critical business problems.
• Own workstreams end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Shift between commercial, operational, and product tasks based on priorities.
• Build and iterate on organizational structures.
• Implement AI and automation tools as a primary working method.
• Make rapid decisions in an environment with incomplete information.

Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written) is a hard requirement.
• Must have local work authorization in Germany.
• Proven experience shipping products in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.
• Track record of high-velocity execution and delivering results.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior executives.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI automation tools.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or top-tier strategy firms.
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare business models.
